They drive a roadmap that is balanced towards multiple dimensions - but ultimately hits home for their customers. I find they offer ample opportunity to drive value creation and innovation - supported by data analytics and customer validation. They encourage a high degree of ownership and freedom, and create the right accountability around KPI's and targets. I have never worked with a people-culture that is as thorough and knows how to enjoy life as much as Unleashed. I feel they reward your effort well and pay a competitive rate.
