Pros
Unleashed makes good on its reputation as a high growth, fun, engaging business. Situated in the beautiful Takapuna, this NZ success story is marked by a Product team that provides a fast-growth environment. They drive a roadmap that is balanced towards multiple dimensions - but ultimately hits home for their customers. I find they offer ample opportunity to drive value creation and innovation - supported by data analytics and customer validation. They encourage a high degree of ownership and freedom, and create the right accountability around KPI's and targets. I have never worked with a people-culture that is as thorough and knows how to enjoy life as much as Unleashed. I feel they reward your effort well and pay a competitive rate.
Cons
If you are not a strong communicator, meaning you don't know how to signal problems transparently or how to engage and involve stakeholders across departments, you might struggle to keep up with the pace.
