Cons
No proper connection with team leads and no regular meetings. Process needs improvement. Not pre-informed of changes. Random extends without compensation (scam issue) Delayed reponses for senior callback No preferences in roster and swaps very rigid Even after approval no leave granted for medical emergency. Marked as LOP in probation. If LOP then what's the need of approval? Faced unoffical extension without any compensation Told to extend in voluntary OT as well, on denial told that I denied every time. If we have to opt for OT then it the choice but extend as all others are doing. However some logged out at 5. Communication is not transparent. Some did not extend, I extended on 30th June Audit started without proper brief on the parameters and intro with Auditors Struggle to even talk for the leaves, approval and the further process is far away
