Bravura Solutions has grown rapidly in recent years which has created many great opportunities for people to work on different client projects both nationally and overseas. The pace is similar to client facing / professional services environments, well suited to people who enjoy a challenge, keeping busy with interesting work. The culture is much friendlier than most professional services environments, however, with great cultural diversity which is embraced and celebrated. The benefits are great - in NZ there is the Assistance Company with discounts for a range of suppliers and retailers including Noel Leeming for example, income continuance and life insurance, and company matching up to 4% KiwiSaver employer contributions.
