Bravura Solutions interview questions

My interview process started on a positive note with a meaningful first-round discussion. The panel even suggested reaching out to the hiring manager for further communication. Unfortunately, the experience after that was quite disappointing. There was no response to calls or emails for nearly three weeks, despite multiple follow-ups. The only update I received was a generic automated rejection email, with no feedback or acknowledgment of the earlier discussions. Such gaps in communication reflect poorly on the candidate experience. Clear and timely updates would go a long way in building trust and professionalism in the hiring process.
