      Pros

      Few great personalities as I said only very few,where you can appreciate asking help and feel like you learned some thing. I didn't see any Pros so far Such a waste of time place and regret I work here

      Cons

      Mostly - 80 % of staff here are old - who doesn't bother you are a new to this company or new to this field of I.T These people are like good apples in Management eyes and they don't give f to any new career aspiring chaps a chance. Pay rise - in last 2 years shame shame :-) No exposure to any new skills or work You will loose vision and one day you will feel what I have done. Stay Away.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Challenging & exciting projects. Bravura employ the best people as the product is complex/ hard to work on.

      Cons

      Legacy technologies & poor documentation, weak pace of moving forward. More work than there are skilled staff to do. Short-term business strategies driven by share prices, leading to boom-and-bust -- poor for staff, poor for retaining crucial product knowledge.
