1. The top level management is top notch when it comes to future vision and very good at slicing through dumb politics to create real impact.
2. Decent compensation for entry level
3. Flexible work schedule.
4. Your ideas will be heard and processed as long as you are bold enough to cut the middle level managers and approach the chiefs directly.
Cons
1. Some politics do exist within middle level management.
2. The compensation will not be competitive enough compared to other product based companies when you go past entry level role.
3. Few teams have extreme work pressure environment having 60 hour week from time to time. Nobody forces the time though, but it is indirectly implied.
