Description AnywhereWorks started out in a Portland apartment in 1994 as a long-distance phone service named CTI. In 2002, as new technology eclipsed long distance, we turned our customer service department into AnswerConnect, a live answering service. In 2007, instead of making staff come to us, we brought the calls to them over the Internet and allowed them to work from "Anywhere". Today, AnywhereWorks is not only in the US but also in India, the UK, and Canada, and from humble beginnings with fewer employees than you can count on one hand, we now globally employ over 1,600 amazing team members.
