Interview
Once applying, you get sent a link for an assessment and there’s a few scenario based questions. You then arrange for a phone call interview, and then a face to face interview with the store manager.

Question 1
When have you gone above and beyond for a customer?
Quite simple - just really emphasise if you have sales skills. Product knowledge will naturally come in the job however it can be impressive to be aware. Also consider the importance of interpersonal skills and building rapport with customers.
Interview was very casual, had an informal chat with the retail manager about previous retail experiences. Was interviewed for over 2 hours and was then offered a position at the current branch
