Very easy interview. It was in person with the manager in the store I have applied to. The working environment is chill however the targets are sometimes not achievable. The pay is also good when you get bonus however that does depend on the store’s performance.
The interview consists of a single round and primarily focuses on Salesforce-related concepts and competitive aptitude questions. You can expect questions on Salesforce fundamentals such as CRM, objects, reports, dashboards, and business processes, along with logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, problem-solving, and situational questions.

I applied online and received a call back within a few days. The store manager invited me for an in-person interview at the shop. The process was very straightforward and relaxed. We mostly talked about my previous customer service experience, my general availability, and how I would handle busy periods on the shop floor. It felt more like a friendly chat than a formal interview.
