Fast start, Ghosted at the end. The recruitment process started very impressively; the initial stages were extremely fast, and the communication was proactive. However, after completing the final interview rounds, the process went completely cold. Despite following up, I received no response or status update. It's disappointing to see a reputable company ghost candidates after they have invested significant time in the interview process.

I applied online on 20 Feb for the Global Trade Compliance Intern position and got through the interview process starting with a screening call, which went very well. The talent acquisition HR was very nice, helpful, and organized.
However, a week later, I had the technical and HR interviews at the office/factory. The technical interview was overall good, but some questions were unclear, and I didn't know what answers she wanted to hear! As for HR, she had a bad attitude; my questions were almost ignored, and she kept saying if I was selected, I'd know the details!! Although it was just an internship for 6 months!!!
I traveled to the interview, which was 55km from my home, to attend and respect their schedule, but all I got was a waste of time. It's 25 March, and the company has ghosted me; I haven't heard anything, not even an AI rejection feedback! So, I applied, waited, prepared, and traveled, but all I got was disappointment. Very bad experience

I did one interview then withdrew my application. It wasnt for me and I didnt want to move. The HR person was very nice. Asked me to ho over my resume and the pay I was seeing for similar roles in other companies
