      Pros

      Fully remote job Some good perks like PerkBox Nice team Nice culture among managers Overall a good place to work, I like it working there.

      Cons

      Not very many I can think of. Health insurance (even a low level tier) would be really nice, lots of other MSPs offer health insurance and it may incentivise Transparity to retain people if we had some form of health insurance.

We've implemented the highly successful Winning from Anywhere® initiative, which empowers our employees to work from home and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, we have our Reading Hub, where we convene meetings and host events. Our leadership team encourages regular meetings with their teams which take pace at least once a quarter.
