      - A not bad salary in China - Good reputations both company and employee - Non-WLB but much easier than other cn internet giants (depends on departments)

      Cons

      - get bonus for behavior not contribution - low possibility to transfer to anther role/location - poor stock reward - C-Suit has been slacking off in recent years, and so has management
