Tencent interview questions

The interview process had three rounds. The first round was with HR and focused on my background, communication skills, availability, and overall fit for the role. The second round was with the team leader and included questions about business analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication. The final round was with the department head, where they discussed my technical knowledge, investment thesis experience, and how I approach market research and decision-making.

First, they thoroughly examined my resume, then they started testing me with their own questions, such as giving me a piece of code and asking how to optimize it, and how long it would take me. Finally, I wrote an algorithm.
