      Hiring bar is too low

      Flexible work time. Modern office environment.

      I feel so disappointed that our hiring bar has become so low. Recently someone who previously worked from Intouch was hired as test lead. What makes me so astonished is this guy has no any idea of basic IT skills and knows nothing about software test knowledge. I don’t know how he passed the interview screen process. Obviously something is wrong with our recruitment process or background screen process. It was a nice place with lots of great mates. Now I feel so frustrated as the good mates left and the incompetent ones like this filled in.

      Management acts like a group of cliquey teenagers Lots of senior employees getting offended when you ask them a question related to their job or a question they don't know the answer to A lot of gaslighting and abuse of power by management No training or guidance as a new employee but expected to already be an expert on the first day - will also guilt trip you that you're not living up to their expectations
