      Pros

      Flexibility: Thanks to the flexible start and end times, I can easily balance appointments, family obligations, and personal matters. Goal-Oriented Leadership: As Re-Leased is focusing on our personal and growth goals I believe you tend to feel more driven and focused on your work when you have specific goals.

      Cons

      As far as I can see, there are no major issues, but I recommend that we plan the first two weeks when someone has started with Re-Leased. My personal belief is that you learn by doing. When I started, there wasn't much I could do except watch training videos.

      Pros

      They are flexible, understanding and supportive. It's obvious how much they care about the individual employees within the business and supporting them within the team. We have great banter within the team, and my team members are all very respectful and supportive.
