Start up feel with good opportunity to progress if you can prove it. Kiwi company so culture was very friendly and hands on.

Cons

Funding not thought through resulting in mass layoffs out of the blue.

- The culture is genuinely amazing - I know every company says that but here it actually feels true. People really care and it feels like one team. - Senior leadership are approachable and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference day to day - The company invests in its people, which is reflected in strong retention and low voluntary turnover -Hard work is recognised - They actually listen to feedback from employees and customers and try to act on it - Overall just a supportive environment where you feel valued
