- Work place bullying - Especially from those higher up. - Work place harassments. - Unable to train staff. When placed on team training, frowned upon when your don't understand. - Not a professional work place for the type of work it is. - No flexibility at all with. Including hours, appointments, and what us civilian wears, down to the color of the shoe. - ''Advocate'' for mental health, but in reality it is seen as a weakness. - Pushed to the ground with the work you do. - Extremely poorly paid. - No work life to home like flexibility. - No career opportunities what so ever, even though that is what they thrive off.
