4yI am glad to read that you had a good working experience with your former peers; this is an important aspect for any role. As an organization, we believe we should develop & engage our people. This is one of our guiding principles. A significant part of professional development is on-the-job training, which naturally occurs through your work and interactions. A small portion of development is through formalized training programs. This is the 70/20/10 rule of employee development that most companies utilize: 70% of development in within an employee’s job, 20% happens through mentoring and developing key relationships and 10% happens through training which might include online study as well as training courses.
