I never understand the word "toxic workplace" until I joined L'Oreal. I had high hopes and dreams prior joining, it was my first beauty brand after all. During the initial process, the recruiter and HR seemed friendly and nice. Who would have known it's all only a beautiful facade behind a rotting, disgusting, incompetent people and culture of bullying, credit-stealing, man-centric company.
