Poor performance is tolerated In and out group exists -allows for bad behaviour if you’re in the “in group” Slow to respond to the changing needs of it’s people and clients Great at lip service but lacks action

I worked at HG several years ago. It's a professional company with a good working environment, and at least when I was there, good leadership. Not a lot to say, just that it was generally a well-oiled machine! Functional place and good management.

None really that I can remember!
