      a decent culture and a few good people

      1- Salary levels are poor 2- Salary hikes are poor 3- Not a very exciting leadership team to work for 4- Nothing inspirational 5- Not a lot of career opportunities

      Good opportunities to learn and grow personally

      Cons

      While most of the teams within the business are what they advertise, the IT team (also called ICT) team here are by far the worst team to work with. No sense or responsibility and lacking any ethical standards at all. A really toxic work environment which can adversely affect your morale and motivation. Stay away. Asking to come to the office becomes a non-issue when you're dealing with mental stress day in day out. Incredibly abrasive and toxic workplace.
