While most of the teams within the business are what they advertise, the IT team (also called ICT) team here are by far the worst team to work with. No sense or responsibility and lacking any ethical standards at all. A really toxic work environment which can adversely affect your morale and motivation. Stay away. Asking to come to the office becomes a non-issue when you're dealing with mental stress day in day out. Incredibly abrasive and toxic workplace.
