      An overly flawed company, that barely fucntions

      you will simply get a paycheck

      Cons

      Terrible remuneration in comparison to the work expected of you. They will constantly try to breach both your employment contract and collective agreements to save money. Will constantly bombard you with LMS packages that have no bearing on what your current job or site entails. Have no actual HR managers and only HR "advisors", resulting in sexual harassment complaints etc not being handled in any meaningful way other than being ignored or left in limbo for months.

      Cons

      Its a revolving door. They hire more people than job availability. As long as you fit in the box, there is no room for individual thinkers or problem solvers. The client comes first at the expense of job security.
