      Pros

      This is best Company i ever worked. Ericsson provides challenging work environment to their employees . It provides various skills training and certification which help employee to develop skills . It also provides on site work opportunity . The Overall work culture , tools & techniques deployed by Ericsson are too good.

      I didnt find any cons in my overall work period in Ericsson.

      Pros

      Work life Balance, competitive Pay-scale, Internal job movement opportunities were top most points as per my personal experience. Staff training and development and Recognition for the real talents were also the big plus.

      Cons

      Too many managers / overlapping hierarchy and that increases the complexities in terms of decision making and leading the team. Referred staffs from top management, favoritism and lack of culturally appropriate behavior been witnessed many times.
