It was started with some questions to get to know you as a person and a chat with the interviewer, which lasted for around 3-5 minutes then the actual interview process began starting off with questions about my course.

It was an early career opportunity. I applied with a referral and got an interview luckily. There were less than 100 applicants. There are 3-4 rounds depending on how it goes. I had 3 rounds but didn't get to the last panel. 1st round is with HR about your background and your interests. Pay given was below the market. 2nd is with the Hiring Manager I had to do two rounds with him since it took long. First one with him he asked me back to back follow up questions also about what I did but more in depth and specifics and mostly behavioral nothing technical. I was nervous trying to answer the best way and kept going out of scope. He asked things like what does a perfect week look like to you, what are my 3 strengths things like that. 2nd round with him I asked questions for 30 minutes.

O processo seletivo começou com uma inscrição normal pelo site da ericsson após a abertura da vaga em 20 de abril. Depois de um tempo, uma profissional da área de Talent Acquisition entrou em contato para agendar uma entrevista online inicial. Nessa primeira etapa, conversei sobre minha trajetória profissional, experiências anteriores, formação e atividades que já desempenhei.
Posteriormente, outro colaborador do RH entrou em contato para agendar uma segunda entrevista online com o supervisor da vaga e uma representante do RH. Durante essa conversa, novamente me apresentei, falei sobre minhas experiências profissionais, estudos e objetivos. O processo foi organizado, com entrevistadores educados e boa comunicação durante todas as etapas. Cerca de uma semana depois da segunda entrevista, recebi um retorno positivo.
