Constant restructuring and layoffs. People in the company lack empathy. Passive-aggressive behavior, and they don’t care about you at all. Bullying and toxic management. They tolerate a lot of bad behavior and then cut you off completely, without any remorse. Don’t join unless you’re soulless and selfish like them. This is not a place for an actual human.
