Pros

A wide range of tech stacks (if you can survive). Plenty of opportunities. Immediate people managers are brilliant and always stand for their people.

Cons

Full of ambiguity in the leadership team. The same confusions are visible on the delivery side of leadership. No clear and larger vision for future growth. Have not moved from a startup to a scale-up mindset. Hiring people without any experience in the area and keeping them in the decision-making positions. Hiring people often with no job descriptions/expectations with very myopic vision. Recent average associations of new hires have not been more than 6 months.

Pros

As is typical with most companies, they provide financial compensation in return for the work and services you perform while employed with them. Your earnings are directly tied to the responsibilities you fulfill and the value you contribute to the organization. The office is located away from the busy CBD, offering a commute free from heavy traffic.

Cons

Be mindful and exercise caution when discussing personal, casual, or sensitive matters, as not everyone can be trusted. It's often best to treat the workplace strictly as a professional environment—focus on your work and avoid investing time or energy in forming personal relationships. If you need to pay the bill$ go for it and work but not a great career move. Don’t be like an Orc—ignoring underlying issues while throwing yourself deeper into work, convinced that chasing an ever-increasing workload will somehow lead to happiness and power. - Peon Taskmaster.
