Pros
The brand recognition looks good on a resume, but that is entirely riding on the coattails of massive IPs (like superheroes and anime) rather than any actual internal innovation.
Cons
The recruitment process is a classic bait-and-switch. Management will praise your interview performance and creative assignment, only to assign you completely different, mundane tasks the moment you actually join. The company heavily prioritizes churning out high-volume, copy-paste designs over actual creativity or innovation. Leadership within the creative/design tier is deeply insecure, highly defensive against constructive feedback, and weirdly proud of maintaining a toxic work-life imbalance. If you encounter issues, don't bother going to HR. They are entirely subservient to upper management, functioning purely to silence employees and sweep systemic issues under the rug rather than addressing unprofessional behavior. It is a company of its size that operates with zero actual professionalism.
