Pay rate is ridiculously low for the quality of work, responsibility and skill expected. Lots of the jobs you end up at are just something a salesperson put through to get their commission. Van sales targets mean that you're expected to sell in home, which diminishes the value of actually shopping with noel leemings instore and throws off your schedule for the rest of the day (if you sell a service). *Earning commission is not something you can do instore and is relegated to in home and the 'upsells' they want are ridiculous.
