Great remote work culture, but salary could improve - Technical Project Coordinator New Era Technology Employee Review

Remote work. Work life balance. Reasonable leaders who care. I can't speak to the other areas of New Era, but the Indianapolis / Minneapolis offices are amazing to work for.

Health insurance is meh. It's really not that great. Retirement is okay. A few customers can challenging to work with. There's a wide portfolio, though, so 95% of the customers are pretty good.

Great engineers and brilliant people who can provide solutions on a great scale.

Too much management within the organization.
