      Pros

      Few. It's easy to get a job there if you have even a basic grounding in PCs

      Cons

      Close to minimum wage for desktop techs. When the new minimum wage legislation comes into force, they will be paying about $2 an hour more. I would have been better off working stacking shelves at Countdown - they pay overtime and I wouldn't have to foot a $100+ a week fuel bill.

      They are excellent at protecting their staff and making sure they get the best opportunities

      Cons

      The primary contracts they hold are with organizations that do not treat contractors well.

      > friendly environment depending on site > great starting point for entry-level technician > exposure to a wide range of systems > get to manage enterprise Microsoft or Google tool as L1 > close to home

      > terrible pay > no training > no benefit > no career progression
