The office culture is one of the most social I have come across. Everyone is keen to come out for a drink, hang out and there's always amazing social events. The work is super interesting and wide ranging covering a wide variety of engineering problems across different sectors. Very UK centric processes. Some of which can severely hamper the progress of certain projects. Feels like a ping pong ball of constant back and forth. But this is due to the nature of the timezones Some processes can be too rigid to venture too far beyond into the realms of innovation, though people are generally quite receptive to new ideas. Just the official policies and processes take a long time.
