Pros

Management is well mannered, great office, invests in technology, latest and fastest software and hardware.

Cons

Needs more experienced staff, senior NZ staff is struggling managing staff from other countries helping deliver the projects. NZ management has gone greedy. Used to be every Christmas there's some vouchers and give aways for employees. Last year there's record profit but no give aways on Christmas whatsoever. Now on staff presentations they don't show how much the company is earning. Bonuses only on senior staff and shareholders. Surely all staff deserves bonuses too ??

Pros

Good loyal staff, commitment to delivery good solutions for clients.

Cons

Toxic team culture, overbearing management, top-down and cost-driven. Very typical of a consultancy so MM isn't unusual in its industry but the lack of diligence paid to its staff is palpable.

Pros

No pros, favouritism and politics

Cons

- The ratio of senior, intermediate and junior staff is very low. - Do not accept the offer if you are at intermediate level, they will get their work done from you and they will fire you. - Very unorganised work place. - They have culture to protect bullies. - I was made redundant in this company and there was a HR lady sitting in the interview, who was laughing while giving me the news. This is the real face of the company. - Company made redundancies and in the next month distributed bonuses to the remaining staff. They said we will be doing restructuring but never looked at the performances or productivity of the staff. They kept the engineers who were sitting ideal for most of the year and fired the staff with 95% productivity.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and recognise how difficult redundancy situations can be for those affected and we certainly don’t condone any disrespectful or unprofessional behaviour during a redundancy process - or any day to day interactions. This is not aligned with our values or the standards we strive to uphold and we take such concerns seriously. We encourage current and former employees to raise any matters like this directly so they can be reviewed and addressed. Like many organisations in our sector, we periodically review our structure to ensure we are set up to meet client needs and long-term business sustainability. These decisions are complex and are never taken lightly. While redundancies and bonus processes may occur in the same period, they are governed by different frameworks and considerations, including contractual obligations and business performance at a broader level. We are also disappointed to hear your perception of favouritism, bullying, and lack of diversity. Creating an inclusive, respectful, and high-performing workplace is a priority for us, and we continue to invest in leadership development, inclusion initiatives, and formal processes for raising concerns to ensure people feel safe and supported. We appreciate candid feedback, even when it is difficult to hear, as it helps us reflect and improve. We wish you all the best in your next role and future career.
