Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and recognise how difficult redundancy situations can be for those affected and we certainly don’t condone any disrespectful or unprofessional behaviour during a redundancy process - or any day to day interactions. This is not aligned with our values or the standards we strive to uphold and we take such concerns seriously. We encourage current and former employees to raise any matters like this directly so they can be reviewed and addressed.
Like many organisations in our sector, we periodically review our structure to ensure we are set up to meet client needs and long-term business sustainability. These decisions are complex and are never taken lightly. While redundancies and bonus processes may occur in the same period, they are governed by different frameworks and considerations, including contractual obligations and business performance at a broader level.
We are also disappointed to hear your perception of favouritism, bullying, and lack of diversity. Creating an inclusive, respectful, and high-performing workplace is a priority for us, and we continue to invest in leadership development, inclusion initiatives, and formal processes for raising concerns to ensure people feel safe and supported.
We appreciate candid feedback, even when it is difficult to hear, as it helps us reflect and improve. We wish you all the best in your next role and future career.
