Pros
-opportunities to meet incredible people from all walks of life -company loves to hire internally! -very well thought out support structures and hr policies in place -staff discount always has some incredible hidden gems -coworkers are usually quite amicable and have strong team spirit -the team dinners and events are awesome
Cons
-quality of training provided can make or break your will to continue. If the direct management isn’t working for you, it may be worth reconsidering. -Expectations of adherence to policy is consistent but execution is inconsistent between stores and often times can feel unfair(veteran employees being able to get away with a lot more).
