      Learning the comprehensive selling system , basic understanding of Diamonds Learning to grow clientele Rewards the high performers (That said ,Jewelry business is not for everyone) Meeting some interesting people Be the first to witness others holy matrimony

      The Bonus system was updated to make sure you get less (attachment rate is also a crucial component now) Can get hectic in days with low traffic (between staff) Regular drama (which person gets the sale) Rapid rotating sales promo ( WHY ARE WE ALWAYS ON SALE?) Quality complaints ( A big part of the job will be handling angry customers)

      Catered breakfast when there was a sale on

      Long shifts. Pushy sales techniques. Forced to lie to customers to make a sale. No chance of promotion of pay rises. Mostly commission based. All the staff were very cliquey and gossipy - not a great environment to work in
