Upper management culture is bad. No support as SM. Regionals would never visit store and favourited Auckland central stores that were easier to get to. There was favouritism between managers and little opportunity to move to support centre. Poor work life balance, I was asked to work overtime almost every week and keep working when I was sick because no one else could close the store. No one holds Each other accountable.
