Supportive team members, staff discount, and the opportunity to learn sooo much about all the latest beauty products!

Cons

Unrealistic sale target expectations, especially at a large scale store and some favouritism from management towards some of the casuals. Working weekends and nights is not the best for work life balance but thats expected for a retail job
