Pros
Some really cool clever people work here. Growing, so opportunities (for some). Their intranet is very cool, but doesn't go as far as sharing information especially from the management team (it used to have regular updates, these stopped when we got busier).
Cons
Lots of changes with people coming and going. Needs to sort out their systems and processes. Information doesn't flow very much apart from the grapevine. I know management know this, so not sure why things aren't being progressed..
