      Really strong team with smart, motivated people. The work is meaningful and you get a lot of ownership early on. I've learned a lot in a short amount of time, and the culture is supportive and collaborative. The technology and product are very strong.

      This may be a pro or a con depending on personal preference, but it is important to know going in that it’s a fast-paced environment and expectations are high. You need to be comfortable working hard, and there can be periods with longer hours depending on priorities.

      I love the whole vibe of the company, it’s fast paced but not in an insane way, but in a motivating way.

      It’s contracted, would be nice to be benefited, but honestly overall, very happy.

      High inbound volume, name carries weight with customers

      Cons

      Pay is below market and equity for GTM is basically nothing Sales is treated like a necessary evil, you feel it constantly Comp plans expect a never ending stream of hype that will fall apart at the first bump in the road Agents product is falling behind and models are commoditizing fast
