Awful management, awful work-life balance and poor salary for what is expected of you. Expect to work well above your contracted hours unpaid and be thankful Citi gave you the opportunity to do so. Long onboarding process, little training and expected to work everything out yourself. Management are belittling and took enjoyment in humiliating staff, don’t expect support no matter what they say. I have no idea how people work there for long periods. A toxic work environment that’s rife with bullying and favouritism. If management dislike you, they will make it their mission to make your time there difficult. No job security and an ongoing threat of job losses. I don’t recommend this company at all.
