As others have said, toxic workplace and bullying is rampant. Unrealistic workloads. People resigning constantly.

Flexible work schedules and a supportive team environment that makes daily tasks enjoyable. Great opportunity to build familiarity with everyday supplements and over‑the‑counter medicines while developing strong customer‑service skills and relevant knowledge.

No staff discount on in‑store products. Pay rate is relatively low, though manageable given the simplicity of the role. Workload can become very heavy during peak times, especially when managing the front of house alone.
