As others have said, toxic workplace and bullying is rampant. Unrealistic workloads. People resigning constantly.

basically nothing except for some of the staff being nice

Management is really disappointing, and bullying is top-notch, low pay for any role, mostly boring days with nothing to do, items get deleted without informing

Some co-workers are nice and friendly, which makes the job bearable.

Cons

Bullying is the top priority for the management, with very stagnant pay and no benefits except for expired vitamins, and the head office is one of the worst, with no support from them, full of promises but no action, and poor communication from higher-ups. Working here is a waste of time; most days are boring, and there's nothing to do, and it's either overstaffed or understaffed.
