Short staffed for nurses leaving it unsafe for patient care

- Good, consistent hours - Great team - Good pay

- Horrible upper management - REALLY hard to book leave - missed my sister's graduation because they wouldn't grant me the day off (not even a half day). I sent the leave request 6 weeks in advance. - Misled about what "patient administration coordinator" actually is. Was told it was a reception role, then found out I would be in an office doing appointment scheduling full time! - Worked the exact same hours each week, but my pay varied by $25-75 every week, not sure how that is possible.
