Patients were awesome and hospital has good cultural safety
Cons
Was absolutely awful place to work. Doctors and nursing management have no respect for nurses. Nurses are often put in unsafe conditions were their licence and patient safety is put at risk. Really bad bullying culture and management doesn’t really care. They reward the staff that don’t complain about bullying, but they are often the staff that are doing the bullying.
