Pros
- really good, smart and talented people who are always ready to help - knowledge sharing - Snacks and drinks are always available
Cons
- it all depends on luck, some people need to wait for months before getting a client whereas there are others who are treated like churning machine from one client to another with no break in between - Within last year, it has gone through three restructuring - Not much of a say on what kind of client you will get, as TE you could be doing manual testing whereas as TA you could be asked to do automation. So titles and actual work doesnt always align.
