Pros
Pays fairly well as long as you out-perform and shine bright without burning out. If you're an average face-in-the-crowd type of employee then nobody will give you the time of day.
Cons
Don't have an opinion that's contrary to any team leader, manager, or senior manager, and never give feedback. The managers just want to make a name for themselves by trying to impress everyone above them in the chain of command at the expense of making everyone below them in the chain miserable. I know this is usually the case in most corporations and organisations, but I've never seen it as pronounced and hurtful as I have in the ANZ bank.
