The projects which the company works on - very interesting and radical. The projects are international and all around the world.
Cons
Old-fashioned company which tries to portray itself as a "modern" company. Far from it - too many employees stuck and retain their position with old / antiquated mentalities. E.g. managers who struggled A LOT with the concept of working from home, and huge flexibility issues. Also, although the company tries to portray itself as an "international" company, it is very "Dutch" in the way it functions. Unfortunately, employees working there seem to accept it, simply because "this is Boskalis" - which makes no sense for the young and professional. Another negative is that it is a male-dominated environment and that there are no aspects for personal career growth.
