Had been with Aditya Birla Health Insurance. It was one of the worst places I have worked in.
Pros
None. They treat every employee like a slave. There are no growth prospects for anyone despite people working very hard. The growth is reserved for a select few and definitely not on the basis of merit.
Cons
- Long working hours, no systems, no process, absolutely no focus on customer or employee. - - -Only focus is topline without a care for any other stakeholder. - Asking for leave is frowned upon and managers use every trick in the book to approve leaves. - - -Spread across 3 offices in different parts of the same city. - very high attrition and that increases work loads for people who stick around. - no facilities what so ever. Despite being a ABG company, toilets are dirty, chairs are broken, offices have no natural sunlight except for in the cabins of senior management. - strategic priorities change every single day - leaving employees guessing about the direction. - people who resign are given hikes and promotions to retain them and people who are loyal are left wondering what they have done wrong to NOT deserve growth.
