Vodafone Sales interview questions

The interview process was clear and well-organized. It started with an online application, followed by a short phone screening to check my communication skills and background. After that, there was a face-to-face interview with HR and the team leader. They asked about my previous experience in customer service and tested how I handle difficult customers. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable during the discussion.

Easy process - Manager was nice - Loved it! Just about my experience, don't be nervous i'll say and the job builds your confidence so much. but yeah, good experience overall.
